WARDOGS/SENSE OF CRISIS split MC

Details: South noisester WARDOGS delivered 2 tracks of chaotic noise ala DISORDER mixed with Japanese style vocals. Another two tracks sharing with this local noise are SENSE OF CRISIS. S.O.C. are new hardcore punk band from Pahang. This is their debut intoductions to the local scene. Short lyrics ala SHILTLICKERS and other typical d-beat bands, music are heavy and raw along with anger impression of the vocal. Both are raw sounding.

HELLKRUSHER/BULLETRIDDEN split EP

Details: A new sign of life from UK’s HELLKRUSHER and since I haven’t heard the vinyl yet. I can only imagine that it can’t be disappointing. Of what I saw on their reunion gig in London a few years back, I was totally slammed on the ground by this ripping crust punk bulldozer! HELLKRUSHER is still crushing it better than anyone else! On the flipside we have new songs from Bristols BULLET RIDDEN featuring members from GURKHA, VARUKERS, VIOLENT ARREST. More devastating crust/thrash punk to give you the rest.

DOOM – World of Shit LP

Details: This was release in 2001 but repress again in 2013. DOOM was a band which were pivotal in the rise of crust punk and originated from Birmingham. Doom continued with different guitarist, most notably with Dave Talbot who co-founded UK doom metal band SOLSTICE with SORE THROAT’s vocalist Rich Walker, but did not settle with four members for long playing numerous gigs as a three piece,as Pickering turned to vocal and guitar duties. This line up continued until a final split in August 1990. Following the group’s demise Pickering formed Police Bastard, whilst drummer Stick joined ENT then DIRT.
This records still sound heavy, fuzzy, dirty and mean as hell!!Price: 15 euro
